Your ship-from address
CellerHub publishes each listing from a warehouse — a named location with a structured address (street, city, state, postal code, country, and an optional phone number). This is what channels use for the item location on a listing and for calculating postage.
Set it up
Section titled “Set it up”- Go to Settings → Warehouses.
- Create a warehouse, or edit the one CellerHub created for you.
- Fill in the address. A country plus a postal code, or a city plus a state, is enough for eBay to accept it — but the more complete the address, the more accurate postage calculations will be.
- Mark one warehouse Default if you have more than one.

Why this matters before you publish
Section titled “Why this matters before you publish”eBay refuses a listing whose item location is incomplete — an address with empty fields would otherwise produce a live listing that appears to ship from nowhere, with buyer postage calculated from nothing. CellerHub checks this before you publish, as part of Preflight, so you find out before the channel does.
Multiple warehouses
Section titled “Multiple warehouses”If you stock the same product in more than one place, you can pin a channel account to a single warehouse — in that case, sales on that channel only ever deduct from that warehouse’s stock. See Stock adjustments and warehouses.
