Mercari's prepaid label

When a buyer pays for a Mercari sale, Mercari makes the shipping label itself — there’s nothing to buy and nothing to configure for it in CellerHub.

Getting the label

Open the order (from the to-ship list or the ship dialog) and choose to fetch the label. CellerHub retrieves it from Mercari, stores it, and lets you print it.

Fetching and printing the label does not mark the order shipped — that happens separately, once the carrier actually scans the parcel, or when you tell Mercari yourself that it shipped.
