Ending, relisting and stale refresh
Auto-relist, stale refresh, and the price ladder are all things you set once, for how you want to sell on a channel — not facts you have to configure on every single listing.
Channel defaults, with per-listing overrides
Section titled “Channel defaults, with per-listing overrides”Each channel account carries its own defaults for these. A listing can either inherit that channel’s default (the normal state), or be switched on or off for that one listing specifically, overriding the channel default.
Relisting on Mercari
Section titled “Relisting on Mercari”When a Mercari listing is due for a relist, CellerHub creates the new listing first, and only ends the old one once the new listing is confirmed. If the relist fails partway through, the old listing is left alone rather than ended — so a relist can never leave an item unlisted everywhere while something goes wrong.
Ending a listing
Section titled “Ending a listing”Ending a listing removes it from that channel. It doesn’t touch the product itself or its listings on any other channel.
The price ladder keeps its place
Section titled “The price ladder keeps its place”If a laddering listing ends while a step is overdue, it’s still overdue the moment it goes live again — through a relist or by republishing — rather than waiting out a fresh interval first. See The price ladder for how stepping works.
