What's new

A short list of recent changes, newest first. This isn’t the full engineering changelog — just what’s different for you.

  • The price ladder now shows what it’s doing, right on your listings. A small badge next to a laddering listing’s price shows whether it’s stepping down, sitting at its floor, or paused — with the next drop date and price on hover — instead of only appearing after the fact in a sync summary. A “Laddering” filter and a running count make it easy to see every listing that’s laddering at a glance.
  • The price ladder’s floor explains itself. Wherever a floor is shown, it now says which rule set it — your cost plus a markup, or a fallback when no cost is recorded. Liquidate lets you choose what happens to selected listings with no recorded cost: skip them, floor at a percentage of the current price, or floor at a fixed price.
  • Some eBay categories don’t ask for a condition, and CellerHub no longer forces one on them. CellerHub now asks eBay whether a category takes a condition at all; where it doesn’t, the condition field says “Not asked for in this category” instead of showing an empty, unusable list.
  • Editing a product now has one “Unsaved changes” bar for the whole page. Switching between a product’s tabs (Product Info, Description, Specifics, Attributes, and others) no longer risks losing an edit you hadn’t saved yet.
  • Connecting eBay now walks you through your shipping and return terms once, right after you connect, instead of leaving you to find the settings on your own. If you already set up business policies in eBay’s Seller Hub, you can import them instead of starting over.
  • eBay business policies now turn on automatically. CellerHub opts your account in for you the first time it’s needed — there’s no separate step to find in eBay’s own settings.
  • EasyPost added as a second label-buying option, alongside Shippo, for domestic shipments.
  • Search eBay is now a full way to add a product, alongside Scan and New product, for anything without a barcode — and Settings is now organized into one page per section instead of one long scrolling page.
