The to-ship list

The Orders page has two views: All orders, the full filterable record, and To ship — just the orders that are paid and not yet gone, which is the list you work from at a packing table.

What’s on it

Every row on the to-ship list is an order that’s paid but not yet shipped. Each row shows whether it’s ready to ship — something can be missing, most often a complete shipping address on either end, or package weight — before you can buy a label for it.

Printing a label that’s already been bought

If a label already exists for an order — for example, Mercari issued one the moment the buyer paid — the row shows a Print label button, even before you’ve marked the order shipped yourself.

Shipping from the list

Select one or more orders and open the ship dialog to buy labels — see Buying and printing labels for how that works.
