Shippo

Shippo quotes USPS, UPS and FedEx rates for a parcel and buys the label you pick — CellerHub preselects the cheapest one, since that’s what most sellers choose anyway.

Setting it up

1. Go to Settings → Shipping & labels.
2. Under Shippo, paste your API key. Get it from Shippo under Settings → API — a live key starts shippo_live_…, a test key shippo_test_….
3. Optionally turn on Shippo’s test mode with the toggle next to the key.
4. Choose which channels Shippo should be the default for.

A saved key is never shown back to you in full, only its last few characters — pasting a new key replaces the old one, and leaving the field blank keeps what’s already saved.

Buying a label

Open the ship dialog for one or more orders. Shippo quotes rates for the parcel and shows them as a Service you can pick, with the cheapest already selected. Shippo will quote a rate even for a shipment that’s missing information or is international — it only refuses once you actually try to buy that label.
