Prices or stock look wrong on a channel

CellerHub syncs automatically on a schedule (every 15 minutes by default), so a change you just made — a price edit, a sale on another channel — can take a few minutes to reach every channel. If a price or a stock count looks wrong, start by checking whether it’s simply waiting for the next sync.

  1. Check whether the channel is pinned to a warehouse. A channel account can be limited to selling stock from one specific warehouse. If it is, that channel’s available quantity only reflects that warehouse — not your full on-hand count — which is expected, not a bug. See Stock adjustments and warehouses.
  2. Check Needs attention and unlinked listings. A listing that isn’t correctly linked to a product won’t receive that product’s price or stock updates. See Needs attention and unlinked listings.
  3. Check whether the listing shows an error. A channel that rejected the last update won’t reflect it until the error is resolved — see A listing shows an error.
  4. Run a sync on demand rather than waiting for the schedule, to confirm the current numbers reach the channel.

If none of this explains it, contact support with the product or listing and what you’re seeing on each side.
