Pirate Ship

Pirate Ship has no API, so CellerHub can’t buy a label there directly. Instead, it’s a round trip of two spreadsheets, and needs no account credentials in CellerHub at all.

Exporting orders to Pirate Ship

1. From the to-ship list or the ship dialog, select the orders you want to ship with Pirate Ship.
2. Choose Export CSV. CellerHub writes a CSV with each order’s shipping details in its own column.
3. Upload that CSV at pirateship.com and buy the labels there. Pirate Ship’s own upload doesn’t assume a fixed column order — you map the columns to its fields as part of that upload.

Bringing tracking back

Once you’ve bought labels on Pirate Ship, download its tracking export and bring it back into CellerHub:

1. Go to the Orders page and choose Import tracking.
2. Upload Pirate Ship’s tracking CSV.

CellerHub matches the columns in that file by their header names, not by position, so it still imports correctly even if Pirate Ship’s own export reorders or adds a column.

Imported orders show their tracking number and carrier, and are marked shipped.
