Needs attention and unlinked listings

The Listings page has a Needs attention filter for listings that want a look from you. Its choices:

  • Needs attention: All — no filter, shows every listing.
  • Unlinked — a listing CellerHub found on a channel that isn’t matched to any product in your catalogue yet. It has no stock or price of its own to sync until you link it.
  • Errors — a listing a channel refused. See When a channel refuses.
  • Held for stock — a listing that couldn’t be pushed because there’s nothing available to sell.
  • Guessed category — a listing whose category was matched by a guess rather than a confirmed answer.
  • Out of sync — the quantity a channel is currently showing doesn’t match what CellerHub expects it to show. This one only checks the listings currently loaded on the page, so page through if you’re looking for every one of them.

Linking an unlinked listing

An unlinked listing is one CellerHub pulled in from a channel with nothing in your catalogue to match it to — usually something listed directly on the channel before you connected it to CellerHub. From its row, open Link listing and search for the product it should be matched to. Once linked, it starts receiving stock and price updates like any other listing. If nothing matches, you can create a new product from the listing instead.
