Publishing to one channel

From a product, publish to a single connected channel once preflight shows it’s ready. CellerHub applies that channel’s default recipe to fill in whatever the product itself doesn’t specify, unless you’ve picked a different recipe to publish under.

Cross-listing to several at once

Cross-listing sends one product to more than one channel in a single action.

Each channel applies its own default recipe — picking a recipe that belongs to eBay for a cross-list to eBay and Mercari doesn’t leave Mercari’s listing empty; Mercari still gets its own default terms.

When a channel refuses

If a channel turns down a publish, that channel gets a draft listing showing the reason, rather than nothing at all — so the product page tells you it tried and why, instead of just saying “not listed anywhere yet.” See When a channel refuses for common reasons and how to fix them.
