Warehouses

Settings → Warehouses is where stock lives, and the address your channels advertise as the item location.

Adding a warehouse

1. Click Add warehouse.
2. Enter a Name.
3. Fill in the address fields. This address is published as the item location, so a channel can quote shipping from it — eBay in particular won’t publish an offer without one.
4. Optionally tick Make this the default warehouse.
5. Click Add warehouse to save.

Editing or deleting a warehouse

Click the pencil icon next to a warehouse to edit its name or address, or the trash icon to delete it (the default warehouse can’t be deleted — remove its default status first by making another one the default).

Deleting a warehouse deletes the stock recorded there with it. That stock is not moved anywhere else — if a product is only stocked in the warehouse you’re deleting, its on-hand quantity falls to zero, and the next sync lowers its quantity on your channels accordingly.

The default warehouse

The default warehouse is used as the ship-from address wherever nothing more specific applies — for example, it’s what Your ship-from address refers to during onboarding. A channel account can also be pinned to one specific warehouse so it only sells that warehouse’s stock; see Stock adjustments and warehouses.
