Bulk repricing

Change price… changes the price on a selection of listings at once. It’s a one-time change you preview and apply — different from the price ladder and Liquidate, which keep dropping a price on a schedule after you set them up.

  1. On the Listings page, select the listings you want to reprice.
  2. Choose Change price….
  3. Pick how you want to change them:
    • Increase / decrease by % — move each listing’s price by a percentage of itself. A negative percentage lowers the price.
    • Add / subtract an amount — move each listing’s price by the same dollar amount. A negative amount lowers the price.
    • Set to — replace every selected listing’s price with one exact figure you type in.
  4. For a percentage or amount change, you can check Round down to the nearest .99 — this isn’t offered for “Set to,” since you’ve already typed the exact price you want.
  5. Preview the result before applying. Nothing changes on any channel until you apply it.

As with Liquidate, a selection can include listings that can’t be repriced. These come back with a reason instead of being silently skipped: not found, only active listings are repriced, never published, group listings (priced per variant), no price to change, the result would be free or negative, or the price is unchanged.

A listing that’s repriced but has no linked product is still saved locally; CellerHub tells you it couldn’t push the new price to the channel yet because there’s nothing to link it through.
