A listing shows an error
When a channel rejects a listing — at publish, or on a later update —
CellerHub marks that listing error and stores the channel’s own message on
it. That message is what you’ll see on the listing.
What it does and doesn’t affect
Section titled “What it does and doesn’t affect”- Only that one listing is affected. Other listings on the same channel, and the same product’s listings on other channels, keep working normally.
- The error stays until the next successful push for that listing — fixing the underlying problem and republishing or saving the listing again clears it.
Where to look next
Section titled “Where to look next”- Read the message on the listing itself — it’s the channel’s own wording and usually names the specific field or setting it didn’t like.
- Check When a channel refuses for the common causes (missing shipping/return terms, an incomplete ship-from address, eBay business policies not opted in yet) and how to fix each one.
- If the message doesn’t match anything there, contact support with the listing and the exact message shown.
