Import products
Settings → Import products (shown as Import on a phone) bulk-imports or updates products from a spreadsheet. This is for bringing in an existing catalogue in one go — for adding one product at a time, see Three ways to add a product instead.
What the file needs
Section titled “What the file needs”A CSV or TSV file with a sku column. Existing SKUs are updated; new ones are created.

Running an import
Section titled “Running an import”- Click Choose file and pick your CSV or TSV.
- Wait for the import to run.
- The page reports how many products were created, how many were updated, and how many rows failed, with the first few error messages shown underneath if any rows failed.
