Liquidate
Liquidate… sets a price ladder across a selection of listings in one go, instead of opening each one individually. It’s the bulk version of the same feature — same rules about floors and drops, applied to a batch.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- On the Listings page, select the listings you want to put on a ladder.
- Choose Liquidate….
- Set Drop by (% of price) and Every (days). Unlike a single listing’s own ladder, a batch drop is a percentage of each listing’s own price, not one fixed dollar amount — so a $40 item and a $12 item both drop by a sensible amount relative to themselves.
- If any selected listings have a recorded cost, set Floor for those: cost plus (%) — the floor for those listings is their cost plus this markup.
- If any selected listings have no recorded cost, choose what happens to them (see below).
- CellerHub shows a preview of exactly what would happen to every selected listing — nothing changes until you apply it, and no price moves that day just from previewing or applying.
- Apply once you’re happy with the preview.

Listings with no recorded cost
Section titled “Listings with no recorded cost”A ladder’s floor normally comes from a listing’s recorded cost. For listings in your selection that don’t have one, you choose one of three things:
- Skip them — leave those listings alone entirely. No ladder gets set on them.
- Floor at __% of the current price — use a percentage of that listing’s own current price as a fallback floor.
- Floor at $__ — use one fixed dollar floor, the same amount for every listing without a cost in this batch.
The preview marks which floors came from a real recorded cost and which came from one of these fallbacks, so you can tell “we know what this cost you” from “we guessed” before you apply anything.
Why some listings are skipped
Section titled “Why some listings are skipped”A selection often includes listings the ladder can’t act on. These are reported in the preview with a reason rather than silently dropped: not found, only active listings can be laddered, never published, group listings (priced per variant, not as a whole), no price to step down from, the floor works out at or above the current price (no room to drop), or the drop works out to less than a cent.
